Site-seeded discussion prompt: casual guilds still need expectations. How should they describe raid times, attendance, voice, loot, progression goals, and social culture honestly?

Be specific about what casual means. Some guilds mean relaxed performance; others mean flexible attendance; others mean social-first progression.
